How long until you respond to an enquiry?
Most enquiries get a reply within one working day. Submissions over the weekend are answered on Monday. If you need a faster response, WhatsApp is the quickest channel.
Is the site visit really free?
Yes. The site visit is free anywhere within Bangalore municipal limits, with no obligation to proceed. We don't quote remotely because every space is different — measurements, slab condition, and design conversation matter, and they need an in-person visit.
What should I have ready before the site visit?
Nothing required. If you already have a layout drawing, designer's plan, or rough sketch of what you want, that helps — but it's not necessary. We'll measure, ask questions, and propose options on site.
Can I see your work in person?
Material samples and finished panel references are available at the Nexus Living Hub showroom on Sarjapur–Marathahalli Road. Site visits to your space are scheduled separately. We don't have a separate Nexus False Ceiling office — every project takes place at the client's location.
